These terms cover your use of SwyDex's APIs, dashboard, and related services. By signing up you agree to them.

What SwyDex is

SwyDex provides custodial cryptocurrency infrastructure: HD-wallet generation, deposit + withdrawal processing, exchange routing, P2P escrow, and webhook delivery. We are NOT a bank. We are NOT investment advisors. The crypto you handle through our APIs is ultimately your responsibility.

Your account

  • You must be 18+ to register an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your API keys and password secure. We will never ask for them via email.
  • You're responsible for all actions taken with your API keys, including by your team members and anyone who compromises them.
  • You agree not to use SwyDex to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction.

Custody and security

We use envelope encryption (KMS-wrapped per-tenant data encryption keys) to protect wallet mnemonics. Read /security for the technical details.

That said: software has bugs, infrastructure has outages, and crypto is irreversible. We make no warranty that funds in custodial wallets are 100% recoverable in every failure mode. You should treat SwyDex balances the same way you'd treat balances at any other custodial provider — comfortable for operational hot funds, not your retirement.

Fees

Plan pricing is shown on the pricing section. Network gas fees are passed through at cost. We charge a percentage on swaps and withdrawals as listed in your plan. Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Past-due invoices may pause new wallet creation and outbound transactions until resolved.

Service level

We aim for high uptime and respond to incidents promptly. We do not publish a contractual uptime SLA on our self-serve plans; Enterprise customers get a custom SLA in their contract.

Acceptable use

  • No spam, abuse, or attacks against other tenants.
  • No reverse engineering or attempting to bypass tenant isolation.
  • No reselling SwyDex APIs as if they were your own infrastructure unless your contract explicitly permits white-labeling.
  • No use for projects on US/EU/UN sanctions lists.

Termination

You can cancel any time from /billing. Active subscriptions stay active until the end of the current period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we'll give you 7 days' notice and a chance to remediate when feasible. On termination, your wallet mnemonics remain encrypted and accessible for 30 days for export.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SwyDex's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.).

Changes

We'll notify account owners by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
