Holiday support coverage
From Dec 24 through Jan 2, two of us are on a reduced rotation. On-call is covered 24/7 — pages route to phones — but routine support tickets may take 24-48h instead of our usual same-day.
If you're mid-integration and need an answer, email support@swydex.com with subject prefix [holiday-blocker] and we'll triage same-day.
Production: no planned changes between Dec 24 and Jan 2. Webhook delivery, sweep cycles, and customer-facing APIs continue normally.
